Bonuses are available only to eligible players and are limited to one award per person, household, IP address, email address, phone number and payment method. ACEPH reserves the right to refuse, revoke or suspend bonuses at its sole discretion. All bonuses are contingent on full account verification. Bonuses and promotions are offered under specific terms which may differ by promotion. Generally, bonuses cannot be combined with other promotions unless the promotion terms expressly permit it. Bonuses are credited to a dedicated bonus balance. Real money is used before bonus funds when a bonus is active. Players may opt to cancel a bonus; however, the bonus amount, any winnings derived from the bonus, and any wagered amount may be deducted from the overall balance. Only one bonus can be active at any given time unless otherwise stated. Bonus offers may require a qualifying deposit or other action before crediting, and some promotions may only be available to fully verified players.
Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus winnings may be withdrawn. The standard turnover requirement is twenty (20) times the aggregate of the deposited amount plus the bonus amount, unless a promotion states otherwise. For no-deposit bonuses, wagering applies to the bonus amount and any winnings derived therefrom, according to the promotion terms. In cases where a promotion features free spins, only the winnings generated from the bonus component of those spins are subject to wagering requirements.

If such conduct is detected, ACEPH reserves the right to confiscate bonus funds, suspend or close the account and recover any winnings. ACEPH may revoke all winnings if a bonus is found to have been earned through abusive practices or technical manipulation.
Winnings arising from bonus activity are creditable to the bonus balance and may be withdrawn only after successful completion of all wagering requirements and in accordance with the applicable promotion terms. In some cases, no withdrawal of bonus winnings is permitted until all criteria are fulfilled. If a player withdraws prior to meeting wagering obligations, the bonus, any winnings, and any wagered amounts may be deducted from the player’s balance.
ACEPH reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate accounts that breach these terms or engage in prohibited conduct. In the event of a dispute, ACEPH’s decision is final. These bonus terms are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of the jurisdiction in which ACEPH operates and any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with those laws. Where a discrepancy exists between language versions, the English version governs.
The English version of these terms is the official version. ACEPH may update these Bonus Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be published on the ACEPH site and will apply to promotions from the time of publication onward.
